Empowering women through strategic design: a campaign for financial confidence and equality
The Women Investing EMEA campaign was created to promote financial empowerment and gender equality across European markets. By addressing common barriers to investing, the campaign encouraged financial independence and long-term wealth-building.
With a tailored messaging approach, the campaign ensured its visuals and content resonated with a diverse audience. It was launched across key markets, including Germany and the United Kingdom, using digital and print media to distribute cohesive and engaging materials, such as social media assets, print advertisements, and digital banners.

The campaign sought to bring creativity into corporate design, pushing the boundaries just enough to create something unique and memorable while still aligning with the firm’s overall look and feel. The design needed to resonate with the audience, stand out across formats, and effectively convey the campaign’s message of empowerment and inclusion.

As Lead Designer, I collaborated with marketing and creative leadership to develop a strong, adaptable visual system that aligned with the campaign’s objectives. The challenge was to create a distinct yet cohesive design that stood out across multiple formats while reflecting themes of empowerment and inclusion.
Icon Development
A custom icon was developed as a key visual for the campaign, drawing inspiration from symbols of empowerment and progress. The icon’s minimal, versatile design ensured seamless integration across digital, print, and motion assets, reinforcing the campaign’s unified identity.
Scalable Advertisement Styles
To ensure consistency across platforms, I designed a scalable system that balanced creativity with structured brand alignment. The use of clean typography, harmonious colour palettes, and adaptable layouts allowed the campaign to maintain a recognisable identity across different formats.
