STAMCO is a leading European costume manufacturer and wholesaler, offering a wide range of products to B2B clients. I was responsible for the complete redesign of their B2B services interface across web, mobile, and tablet platforms. The goal of the project was to simplify the existing, overly complicated interface and enhance the overall user experience.

To achieve this, we gathered valuable feedback from both clients and internal teams, including the customer service and sales departments. This feedback revealed key pain points, such as inefficient navigation, unclear product categorization, and slow order processing. Using this information as a foundation, I redesigned the interface to prioritize ease of use, intuitive navigation, and streamlined processes for tasks like product search, ordering, and account management.

The new design features a clean, modern aesthetic that improves clarity and reduces cognitive load for users. It was essential to ensure that the experience was seamless across all devices, so the design incorporates responsive layouts that adapt fluidly to different screen sizes, offering an optimized experience on web, mobile, and tablets.

The redesign not only improved the overall functionality but also contributed to increased efficiency for users, helping STAMCO's B2B clients place orders and manage their accounts more effectively. The updated interface has been well received by both clients and internal teams, reflecting the success of our collaborative approach.
